The double room we stayed in was well presented where breakfast was catered. The breakfast was nice hot with the option of a cooked pancake and a cooked pancake or ommlette, for example and frequently replenished. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from Barri Antic. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.

1-The attention of the reception staff buttons and floors, was excellent, you solved the setbacks and reservations of anything, with promptness and professionalism. 2-The SPA is quite complete and there are no crowds. The attention was also fantastic. 3-The room was wide and comfortable. 2-The location. 3. In general it was good.
Room. 1-The screen of the bath scarce. Restoration/ Breakfast. 1-The place where the breakfast service was carried out is small and does not play an important role in this 5 stars hotel. 2- The relation quality price does not agree, ( expensive ) there were only 2 coffee machines for everybody, they did not work correctly. 3- There was no cook on site for hot meals ( bacon; eggs, etc. etc. they did have these products taken from the kitchen, were displayed on trays and were soon hard and rubbery. 4 - The cutlery to change food, meat, fish, fruit had to be requested from the waiters. Catering/lunches and dinners. 1. We were waiting for them to come and take the meal for about 30 minutes, to serve us the meal, 1 hour. Even with these setbacks, we have to say that it was a critical date of bridge 12 / 13 / 14 October, that Andorra was overcrowded and hotel was making improvements on two floors, namely, if there were absences of staff or that, however I like and I plan to return to this hotel.

The bedroom and bathroom are renovated.
We couldn't use the wifi. We warned twice, got some passwords, but nothing. We reported back, but it still didn't work. The air conditioning wasn't working well either. On the first day of our arrival the maintenance guy had to go upstairs and although it improved somewhat, it didn't have enough power. . There was a lot of noise coming from the downspouts. . Breakfast is good, but we needed Show Cooking to order tortillas. We found out the last day that we could order, but nobody informed us. We heard from other guests. In general, it lacks many services/details of a five star: they didn't make the cover, the drinks we had at the bar, were already served and without coasters and we had to ask for nuts.

the staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel's artistic and modern facilities made our experience even more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious, and we even got upgraded to a larger room on our first stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the spa on our second visit, and it's definitely something not to be missed.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Excellent location, to the main shopping street 2 min. To the bus stop 3 min. (the main thing to find). hotel itself is beautiful especially the hall, cozy. Breakfast is standard for hotels of this level. In the evening there are good dinners. bar is open 24 hours a day. Rooms are large, clean, cleaned every day, change bed linen and towels every day. Wi-Fi is normal throughout the hotel and rooms. There is a shuttle service to the lift (paid 2. 5 euros per person per day). There is live music in the lobby on weekends... staff is friendly, we must consider that there are no Russian-speaking staff.
interior of the hotel and rooms is beautiful and expensive, has not been renovated for a long time, in principle does not spoil the overall impression of the hotel. windows of our room overlooked the intersection, so it was a little noisy, especially in the morning, city utilities were working. Shuttle to and from the mountain at the time strictly allocated 8. 45, 9. 45 in the morning and 16. 30, 17. 30 in the evening. For most people it is suitable, we were not satisfied because our daughter was working with an instructor and we had to get to the lift earlier.

Very modern, spacious room with Japanese toilet.
day of arrival we wanted to make a reservation for dinner but it was not possible since the metre arrives at eight o'clock which is when the dinner hours begin in second place they could not assure me a place to eat with the excuse of "the Russians is that we are in high season and they have half board" gave me the feeling that I was asking for alms and what I was asking is a right that I have as a client of the Hotel exactly like the Russians. I ended up having dinner at the free Chinese buffet right in front of the Hotel, overlooking the Hotel restaurant and during the hour and a half that we were having dinner at the Chinese restaurant, we didn't see that the tables next to the window were occupied at any time, made us even angrier, since I think that I paid exactly the same as their good tourists who are the Russians. My money is worth exactly the same as theirs. on the other hand the spa, I don't find it logical that the kids are only left from 3:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon considering that it's a ski hotel and supposedly people finish skiing between 4:30 / 5:00 in the afternoon plus abusive prices. It must be borne in mind that this is the second year that I repeat is that hotel because the previous time we loved, we were treated like a fable, spa was not so abusive price, I do not think I return I do not like the way we have been treated because they put one type of tourist over another, I felt less valued by the hotel. a sorry from a community manager is not going to change my way of thinking or what I wrote. As most of the comments say, coffee machines are not worth to be hidden for a long time and machines are still the same as when I went last year, machines that take an average of three minutes to make an espresso.

Clean venue, good air conditioning, good bed, good breakfast, well located (quiet but close to the main street). Rest very well.
restaurant on the 1st floor was very good, now (or at least these days) it is not open and cafeteria is not a worthy place to eat in a 5 star, besides having a very slow service. One starter and two courses, over an hour. clear point to be improved. wifi in the room is very weak, for wapp, mail and little more, insufficient. fridge didn't cool down at all. I liked the green rooms better, combination had a more luxurious look, although these are nice and colors accentuate the feeling of cleanliness. Please fix the right elevator floor which has eggs. hotel is very nice, I don't want it to look like I don't like it because I do, it's a 5 star hotel and as such it has to be valued.

Overall Excellent but with one significant caveat. Excellent location, with easy walking distance of all great shopping and restaurants in central part of city. Excellent reception by staff with friendly demeanor, clear explanation of parking and other services, and personally helped with our many bags. Parking very convenient with entrance 50 meters from front door and dedicated elevator to hotel from parking. Excellent dinner in the 1st Floor restaurant with friendly, patient staff (for translating menu) and near gourmet quality. Well equipped, clean, modern facility overall with very good rooms. Excellent selection for breakfast, but only one worker who cannot keep-up with demand for coffee and other customer needs. The one caveat....
The air conditioner did not work. After a day of shopping, returned to room with no a/C. Upon getting ready for sleep, brought situation to attention of front desk. Young gentleman went with me to room to investigate. Basically told me that I was wrong, and that a/c was now working properly ("you see, the two lights are showing"....when it's clear to me the a/c symbol light is not showing). Bottom line, after an uncomfortable night and after breakfast, mysteriously the a/c was now truly working (with no adjustment from me. So, I feel the night desk clerk is either truly clueless or purposely misguided me. I brought this to attention of front desk upon checkout. While pleasant and reporting they will investigate, I was hoping for more....slight compensation or apology. This is only aspect that makes this not a 5-star.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, right from front desk to spa and restaurant. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. We had a fantastic dinner at the gastronomic restaurant, we highly recommend eating there. The waiters were extremely attentive and took great lengths to make us feel welcome and comfortable, even though we don't speak Spanish.
